Product information

I use high quality products with zero preservatives. I use free range eggs.

I use an italian meringue buttercream. This is a wonderful, smooth frosting, made by adding highly heated sugar syrup into a whipped meringue base, finished with an addition of butter.

How many days can I keep my cake?

Cakes and cupcakes are best consumed on the day of purchase. As it often happens, we have leftovers. Below are some suggestions on preservation.

Classical cakes with buttercream or ganache can be kept in room temperature for up to one day, then they need to be refridgerated. The cake should be taken out of the fridge one hour before serving. Note, cakes covered with sugar paste (fondant), will be affected by condensation when refridgerated.

Cakes such as Red Velvet, Carrot, Hummingbird, Apple, Pumpkin and Cheesecakes can all be kept in the fridge.

Cookies can last up to 5 days if kept in an airtight container.
