My name is Petra, I live in Geneva, Switzerland. One of my joys is baking traditional American cakes and cookies. I therefore offer to bake cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other delicacies for your occasions. I worked for a number of years at a local artisan pâtisserie, which specialized in French pastries. In 2013 and in the beginnig of this year I have got a Professional Cake Maker diploma in sugar floristry and in decorating techniques from Peggy Porschen Academy London. Thus, varieties I can prepare for you range from fun and popular American treats to technical French delicacies such as mousses, éclairs, moelleux au chocolat, etc. Ingredients I use are of high quality and organic whenever possible.
